On the occasion of Graphic Design Week, the works of 168 young designers will be unveiled at the “Negative 30” exhibition, along with a solo exhibition of works by “Abbas Saranj”, a veteran Iranian designer, and “Fons Hickman”, a German designer at the Artists’ House. According to Fars News Agency, Graphic Week will start today, May 27, by the Iranian Graphic Designers Guild Association at the Artists’ House, on the occasion of “World Graphic Day”.
Graphic Week includes various sections, the most important of which is the negative poster exhibition 30, which is dedicated to displaying posters of the young generation of Iranian graphics with an age of less than 30 years. In this section, 2129 works from 27 provinces have reached the secretariat to participate in the negative 30 poster exhibition. The exhibition will feature works by 168 designers, including 46 members of the association and 408 non-members. Another graphic design week program is dedicated to the exhibition of works by one of the pioneers of Iranian graphic design “Abbas Saranj”, which will be accompanied by his wedding ceremony. Iranian Graphic Design Week will be held from May 27 to May 4 at the House of Iranian Artists.
